A: Yes, we offer delivery exclusively for our weekly and monthly Tiffin subscribers. Additional delivery charges apply based on the delivery suburb. This service ensures convenience for our regular customers.
A: Unfortunately, we have a single delivery run, and deliveries will be made between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If you wish to have your meal at a different time, we recommend opting for a pickup from our Food Van.
A: Yes, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your Tiffin for the day, please inform us by 3 PM on the same day. The canceled Tiffin will be carried forward by one day to your subscription period.
However, please note that we allow only one cancellation per week to be carried forward. If Tiffins are canceled more than once in a week, those cancellations will not be carried forward.
